As a municipality or consultant working for a municipality, I want to document the established workflow of data processing, review and publishing for all users to streamline processes and minimize error.
This actually came from AECOM in an Info360 Insight discussion but I think it applies to both sides and slightly more for asset.
Hopefully our tools are built intuitively for the jobs to be done, but every clients wants to be special with specified workflows.
