Support for Prompt SQL queries in InfoAsset Online

As a user I want to be able to run an SQL that prompts an InfoAsset Online user to enter a value such as a date range

    This has been completed in v2021.1 released Nov. 2020. The method utilizes the "Macro" component of the SQL in which you create variables representing the values you would like your user to enter in InfoAsset Online when running the SQL selection.
