Import Inspection Data with .accdb Databases

It appears that InfoAsset Planner can only import inspection databases with a .mdb extension. Since the .accdb extension is the newer Microsoft Access format (since around 2003), can InfoAsset Planner include the capability to read .accdb inspection databases?

Hi Shirley, this is because by default Esri does not recognize that .accdb extension. InfoAsset Planner can view and import data if it is recognized by ArcMap. For steps on how to access that .accdb extension file for ArcMap access, see the following: https://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/latest/manage-data/tables/connecting-to-a-microsoft-access-database.htm. https://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/latest/manage-data/tables/understanding-how-to-use-microsoft-access-files-in-arcgis.htm Tim Medearis, Innovyze Systems Engineer
