Enable 3D video in defects tab of surveys

3D video can provide additional insight for sewer inspections (manhole & CCTV). As of now, the viewer in the defects tab doesn't have the standard panning functionality necessary for viewing 3D video.

    agreed - ability to load 360 video would be of high value, in Info360 and/or InfoAsset Manager. These videos are hard to view without context of where they are in the pipe

    It would be an added value if a projection of the 3D images were possible on the wall of the tube and it could be viewed unfolded.
