ILI Doesn't Display Usage or overlay right in workspace

The tool view compared to the view once it's in a workspace is different. First, I specified NOT to overlay, but it overlays in the workspace and I can't get it to switch back. Second, the usage curve shows up in the Tool preview but never in the workspace graph. Third, do these not automatically refresh in the workspace if I change the tool? I seem to have to continuously delete in the workspace and then readd the same ILI.

    @Tim Madearis this seems like a bug more than an Idea. You should add it to the Onu QA Management board in DevOps.
