As a user I want a tool that will flag and replace periods of bad data with "inferred" data applied through models/ML/ARIMA.
We can only derive insights if we have good data and that is the concern of every utility. Data quality especially becomes unreliable with sewer system flow meters.
I was just presenting to AECOM and they mentioned this as well wondering if we could bring in ML here from EMAGIN.
In AECOM's experience, data cleanup and inferencing of sensor data is foundational and essential to building relaible metrics and KPI's.
