If the data has a hierarchy that is referenceable, allowing for a user to only have to create one "Biz Block" calculation for all of the same assets, or to create one alert that would trigger for any of that asset type, or have a work space that is queried for a specific name within the same asset type allowing the number of workspaces needed to be reduced.
