Ability to update and/or overwrite a spatial layer

Currently the user needs to delete the layer and re-import a new one. There should be an 'update' uption for all spatial layers.

View the data import configuration

Right now it's not possible to view the configuration Metadata - which attributes are configured against which units. It will be useful to view the configuration for possible reuse.

Improvements to the ETL import process

User would want to manage the ETL configurations. This will involve rename, delete, overwrite etc. Multiple imports have resulted in multiple configurations being added and causes the list of configurations to grow and grow. Auto field recognition...

Ability to override spatial layers.

There should be a way to override spatial layers by specifying the same name under the spatial layer title under the import page.

Allow users to view field mapping configuration under metadata for all import types.

This is useful when conducting QAQC of data imports. If a user wants to quickly check what field was mapped under a system field they can check without having to upload the original data. It makes the process more time efficient.
