Thank you for the suggestion Matt and thanks to those who voted.

I am moving this to (In Progress) as we are currently implementing a new business model to govern quota for cloud simulations so users can choose to purchase cloud quota when they run out. Once this model is implemented, we will share more information with the ICM community.
